No, we do not allow alcohol any on the property this means in the building and in the parking lot, if we fine alcohol there will be a hefty fine. The Grange has been a dry organization for many years. IF we find there is Alcohol the deposit is automatically take with no acceptations, if it is a guest that had it then you will have to work it out with them.
You can rent the upstairs, Downstairs or both floors for all your needs. The top floor has a dance floor and a stage. Downstairs has a new floor and a kitchen, Outside is included with any rental and has a small yard and a gazibo.
The Single Event form is used for one time events during the week that you will need the whole day works better for the time frame.
The Hourly Event form is used for one time events during the week that you will need only part of the day during the week this being, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday.

All payments and proof of event insurance must be provided within 48 Hours before the event.
To hold the event date there is a $50.00 non-refundable fee to hold the time an date of your event on our calendar.
After we have inspected the Manor Grange Hall we will choose a time to meet with you to return the deposit so long as everything is alright.
No, we do not allow food or drink of any kind upstairs on the wooden dance floor, all food must be kept downstairs
we have limited space, only can accommodate a small amount of trash from an event the rest or all must be taken with rental client. $20 fee is optional.
