The renter is responsible for ensuring that all guests, vendors, and attendees comply with this policy. Any violation of the alcohol prohibition is considered a violation of the rental agreement and will result in the automatic forfeiture of the damage/security deposit. Additional cleaning, repair, or other related costs may also be assessed if applicable.
Manor Grange has maintained a long-standing alcohol-free policy, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us preserve a safe and family-friendly environment for all members of our community.
