Renters may choose to rent the upstairs floor, downstairs floor, or the entire facility depending on their event needs and availability

A daily rental provides access to the rented space for the entire day and is ideal for weddings, receptions, parties, celebrations, community events, and other gatherings that require setup, event time, and cleanup.

Daily rentals are available throughout the week, subject to availability. Renters may reserve the upstairs floor, downstairs floor, or the entire facility depending on their event needs.

Hourly rentals are available Monday through Thursday (ask about Fridays) and are ideal for meetings, classes, workshops, training sessions, small gatherings, and other events that only require a portion of the day.

Hourly rental rates are available for the upstairs floor, downstairs floor, or the entire facility, subject to availability. If your event requires additional setup or cleanup time, please include those hours when making your reservation.

We encourage prospective renters to tour the facility before making a reservation. To schedule a tour, please contact our Rental Chair at:

(360) 573-1456

Tours are scheduled by appointment and are subject to availability. We will be happy to answer any questions and help determine whether Manor Grange Hall is the right fit for your event

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Square
  • Venmo

- Checks should be made payable to Manor Grange.

- Please note that electronic payments made through Square or Venmo are subject to a 4% processing fee.

- A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your event date. Full payment and proof of event insurance must be received no later than 14 calendar days prior to your event.

If you have questions regarding payment methods, amounts due, or payment deadlines, please contact the Rental Chair at (360) 573-1456.

To ensure your reservation remains confirmed, full payment and proof of event insurance must be received no later than 14 calendar days prior to your event date.

Reservations that have not met these requirements by the deadline may be subject to cancellation. We encourage renters to submit all required payments and documentation as early as possible to avoid any issues prior to their event.

To reserve and hold your event date, a $50 non-refundable booking fee and the required refundable damage/security deposit must be paid at the time of reservation.

The standard damage/security deposit is $300 for most rentals. Events with food and beverages served upstairs require a $500 damage/security deposit.

Reservations are not considered confirmed until the required booking fee and deposit have been received. Because available dates can fill quickly, we encourage renters to secure their reservation as early as possible.

For availability or reservation questions, please contact the Rental Chair at (360) 573-1456.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the Rental Chair as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations made 14 or more calendar days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund of the damage/security deposit.
  • The $50 non-refundable booking fee is not refundable and is retained to cover administrative and scheduling costs associated with reserving your date.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before the event date will result in forfeiture of the damage/security deposit.
  • Please note that reservation dates are removed from availability once booked, and last-minute cancellations may prevent other renters from utilizing the facility.

  • Following your event, Manor Grange Hall will be inspected to verify that the facility and grounds have been returned in the same condition they were received, including proper cleanup and removal of all trash.
  • Provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning required, missing items, or violations of the rental agreement, your damage/security deposit will be refunded in full.
  • Any charges for damages, cleaning, repairs, missing property, or violations of the rental agreement may be deducted from the deposit. In cases where costs exceed the deposit amount, the renter may be responsible for additional charges.
  • Please note that deposit checks are not held and returned to the renter. As a volunteer-run nonprofit organization, Manor Grange deposits rental payments and deposit checks through its normal financial process, which may occur at the next scheduled Grange business meeting.
  • Approved deposit refunds are issued by check and made payable only to the Responsible Person listed on the rental agreement. Refund checks will not be issued to alternate individuals, organizations, or third parties.
  • To avoid delays in processing refunds, please ensure that the Responsible Person's name, mailing address, and contact information are complete, accurate, and clearly legible on all rental forms.

  • Yes. Proof of event insurance is required for all rentals and must be provided no later than 14 calendar days prior to your event date.
  • Event insurance helps protect both the renter and Manor Grange Hall in the event of accidents, injuries, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents that may occur during an event.
  • Reservations that have not provided proof of insurance by the required deadline may be subject to cancellation.
  • If you need assistance obtaining event insurance, please contact the Rental Chair. Common event insurance providers include EventSured and The Event Helper.

Yes. Food and beverages may be served upstairs; however, events that include food or beverages on the upstairs level require a $500 refundable damage/security deposit.

Renters are responsible for promptly cleaning any spills and helping protect the historic wooden dance floor and facility. Additional cleaning, damage, or repair costs resulting from food or beverage service may be deducted from the damage/security deposit.

We ask all renters and guests to exercise care and respect for the building so that it may continue to serve the community for years to come.

  • Renters are responsible for removing all trash generated during their event and returning the facility to the condition it was received.
  • Manor Grange has limited waste disposal capacity and cannot accommodate large volumes of event trash. Please plan accordingly and be prepared to remove your trash at the conclusion of your rental.
  • The only exception is normal restroom waste. Bathroom trash bags may be removed from the restroom receptacles and placed next to the dumpster. Renters are not expected to haul away normal restroom waste generated during their event.
  • While occasional non-restroom items may be found in restroom trash receptacles, the majority of waste placed in bathroom trash containers must be normal restroom waste. Bathroom trash receptacles may not be used as a substitute for disposing of event-related trash such as food waste, decorations, disposable tableware, beverage containers, or other large quantities of event refuse.
  • If restroom trash receptacles are found to have been intentionally used to avoid trash removal requirements or disposal fees, additional cleanup charges may be deducted from the damage/security deposit.
  • Failure to remove required trash may result in additional cleaning charges being deducted from the damage/security deposit.

Yes. Tables and chairs are available for use during your rental and are included in the rental fee.

At the conclusion of your event, all tables and chairs must be cleaned if necessary and returned to their original storage locations. Renters are responsible for ensuring the facility is left in the same condition it was received.

Failure to return tables, chairs, or other provided equipment to their original locations may result in additional cleaning or labor charges.

  •  Yes. On-site parking is available for renters and their guests during events.
  • Manor Grange also offers parking lot-only rentals for events that do not require use of the building. Parking lot rentals are available for $150 per day, subject to availability and approval.
  • Please be respectful of neighboring properties and businesses while attending your event. Manor Grange shares its property with Spruce Top Coffee, an independently operated business. Guests should avoid parking directly in front of the coffee shop's customer service window and should not interfere with its operations.
  • Renters are responsible for ensuring that guests park in a safe and considerate manner and do not block driveways, entrances, exits, fire lanes, or access routes.
  • For parking lot-only rentals, renters are responsible for ensuring the area is left clean and free of trash, debris, signs, equipment, and other event materials at the conclusion of the rental period.
  • If you anticipate a large event, need a parking lot-only rental, or have questions regarding parking accommodations, please contact the Rental Chair prior to your event.

  • Yes. Manor Grange Hall offers recurring rentals for classes, meetings, clubs, community groups, organizations, and other ongoing activities, subject to availability and approval.
  • Recurring rentals are established through a rental agreement that outlines the approved schedule, rental rates, and terms of use. Ongoing rental agreements are periodically reviewed and may be renegotiated as needed. Rental agreements may not exceed one year without renewal.
  • Groups utilizing recurring rentals are expected to follow all Manor Grange policies and leave the facility in the same condition it was received after each use.
  • Please contact the Rental Chair to discuss availability, scheduling, and recurring rental options.

  • Yes. Renters are welcome to decorate Manor Grange Hall for their event, provided all decorations are temporary and do not damage the building, grounds, furnishings, or fixtures.
  • Please do not hang decorations, lights, fabric, or other items from the ceiling. The ceiling tiles used throughout portions of the building are no longer manufactured and cannot be replaced if damaged.
  • When attaching decorations to walls or other surfaces, please use painter's tape whenever possible. Standard tape and adhesives have previously removed paint and damaged wall surfaces. Command Strips or similar removable products may also be used when applied and removed properly.
  • Please do not use nails, screws, staples, tacks, or other fasteners that may damage the building.
  • All decorations, supplies, and event materials must be removed by the end of the rental period unless prior arrangements have been made with the Rental Chair.
  • Renters are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning resulting from decorations or decorating materials. Repair or cleanup costs may be deducted from the damage/security deposit.
  • If you have questions about a specific decoration, display, or setup, please contact the Rental Chair before your event. We are happy to help determine what can be used safely within the facility.

  • Possibly. If you need access to the facility for setup prior to your event, you may reserve an additional rental day to guarantee availability.
  • If the facility is available, setup time may also be rented between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM at a rate of $30 per hour. Availability is not guaranteed and depends on existing reservations and Grange activities.
  • We recommend discussing setup needs with the Rental Chair as early as possible to ensure adequate time is available for your event preparations.

  •  Manor Grange Hall has a maximum occupancy of 598 people when utilizing the entire facility.
  • While the building can accommodate larger gatherings, we generally recommend planning for approximately 200 to 250 guests per floor for the most comfortable experience. Actual capacity may vary depending on seating arrangements, dance floor usage, catering setup, displays, and other event needs.
  • If you are planning a large event and have questions regarding occupancy, room layout, or event setup, please contact the Rental Chair for assistance.

  • Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for renters to support event-related needs such as music playback, presentations, point-of-sale systems, and similar event functions.
  • Wi-Fi access information is provided to the renter upon request. The network is intended primarily for event operations and is not intended to serve as a public internet service for all guests attending an event.
  • While Manor Grange strives to provide reliable internet access, service availability and speeds may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Renters with critical internet requirements should make appropriate backup arrangements and test equipment in advance.
  • Please note that the Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience and is not intended to replace a dedicated business, commercial, or event internet connection.

  • All decorations, supplies, equipment, food, and personal belongings must be removed by the end of the rental period unless prior arrangements have been made with the Rental Chair.
  • Manor Grange is not responsible for lost, stolen, or abandoned items left on the property. Items remaining after an event may be disposed of, donated, or removed at the discretion of the Grange.
  • If additional time, cleanup, storage, or disposal is required due to items being left behind, associated costs may be deducted from the damage/security deposit.
